How It Works

To reserve your gear, we require:
1. Credit Card Authorization with copies of your credit card and driver’s license on file until the transaction is complete. ** This may be on CC auth doc – Payments may be processed via ACH, check or credit card . Payments made with credit card are subject to a 5% servicing fee.
2. Certificate of Insurance listing Geomedia, Inc. as additional insured. Minimum coverage requirements and a signed/initialed rental agreement on or before equipment is checked out are listed below. You do have the right to prep your equipment the day prior to your shoot.
Certificate of Insurance Coverage Requirements:
- $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability (Each Occurrence)
- $1,000,000 Damage to Rented Premise
- $1,000,000 Personal Injury
- $10,000 Medical Expenses
- $1,000,000 General Aggregate
- $1,000,000 Automobile Insurance – Hired Autos
- $1,000,000 Production Equipment / Equipment Rental
Please include the following:
“GDC Studios LLC dba Geomedia” listed as “Additional Insured & Loss Payee”
Once a COI and estimate with filming dates are signed by an authorized production representative, your gear will be reserved for your filming date.
Pick up your equipment from our conveniently located San Antonio office.
Utilize our top-of-the-line gear to capture your project with professional quality. Our team is always available for support and troubleshooting.
Once your rental period is over, simply return the equipment to our office or schedule a pick-up. We’ll handle the rest.
